Price Reduction Guarantee

At LocksmithEssentials.ca, we are committed to providing our customers with the best prices we can offer. That is why we offer a Price Reduction Guarantee: If you find a lower, currently advertised price from an authorized North-American retailer (that is a retailer authorized by the supplier to sell its products, not a marketplace reseller) for an identical product (same year, model number, warranty, colour, components, and bundling/kitting that may be included in the price), we will do our best to match the price, if we cannot, we will reduce it guaranteed.

To request a competitor price reduction, please provide proof of the lower price in the form of an advertisement or printout from the competitor’s website. We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing and availability of price reduction items, limit quantities of price match items to one per product per customer, and to revoke this guarantee or change its terms and conditions, without advance notice.

Please note that the following criteria must be met for a price reduction to be eligible:

• The advertised product is identical to the product we offer.
• The advertised product or its price is not part of a “special event” period such as Black Friday Prices Now, Black Friday Sale, Cyber Days, Boxing Day Prices Now, Boxing Week Sale.
• The advertised product or its price is not part of a “special offer” such as a bonus or free offer, private sale, trade-in sale, special order, “limited quantity”, “daily deal”, “door crashers”, “one of a kind”, gift with purchase, liquidation or similar offer, after rebate price, coupon, store credit, gift card or similar credit, or items sold in “as-is” condition including refurbished merchandise, floor models, open stock and scratch-and-dent items.
