• The 5300 series cylindrical leverset is engineered to meet ADA requirements and certified under ANSI A156.2 for grade 2 with life frequency exceeding 400,000 cycles. Suitable for use on all doors in public buildings, houses, commercial buildings, hotels, and hospitals.
• The product is certified by the Underwriters Laboratories (UL and ULC listed) and it is designed to operate for more than 3 hours in case of fire. The 5300 series is user-friendly for children and the disabled.

Both levers always fixed.

Latchbolt retracted by key from either side.

Door Preparation

If weather-stripping, acoustical material or silencers are used in the door frame, care must be take in the installation so that it will not interfere with the ease in which the latchbolt enters the strike.
